We reached the west coast of Australia. Here you will find some photos from our trip from Townsville to Exmouth. To avoid the hot and humid climate in Darwin we decided to drive from Alice Springs through the Tanami desert to Halls Creek. The road was pretty rough as expected but the Tanami did not look like a desert at all. There was much more rain then usually so everything was green. On one hand we were disappointed because we did not get to see a dry desert as expected on the other hand it was very special since this only happens every 20 years.
The next few day we will spend in Exmouth at wonderful beaches. The Wind is really good for Kitesurfing here.
Later we will slowly travel along the coast heading south.
